Tokyo - 24 Nov 2008 Disneyland

DIsneyland! Unfortunately it rained and caused so much inconvenience and naturally made it less fun. We had to walk around in raincoats and it's not easy with kids in tow. The parade was cancelled but fortunately there were still fireworks. We could only manage a couple of rides, not cos of long queues but due to the rain which slowed down our walking. We succeeded in visiting all the worlds and saw a few shows. But hmmm...all the shows we watched were not 'live' performances but life-like robots. Rather disappointing. Oh well, I'm sure Meg still enjoyed herself.

Not fully awake yet...

The special bus in celebration of Disney's anniversary!
See the huge Mickey balloon? Meg insisted on buying it, cost us JPY700 and we bought it even though we knew we couldn't bring onboard the plane. Anyway, it burst in less than an hour after we purchased it. It just went 'Boom!' when a guy brushed past it. It was LOUD!
Meg enjoyed this ride very much.
This is the 'small small world' boat ride. Meg was still singing the song when we were back at the hotel. :)
Titus & Meg fell asleep so we took a breather at the baby centre in ToonTown, it was pouring outside anyway and almost impossible to walk without getting wet even with raincoats. Not to mention it was freezing! I managed to steal an hour's nap here!
Waiting for the bear show. Robots again...Oh check out Meg's yellow boots. Bought it at Disneyland itself cos she refused to put on her own shoes, her socks were getting wet and it was very cold. So no choice, spend S$40+ on these boots and two pairs of socks.
